a. These rules govern The WAYZ 104.7 FM High Low Contest (the “Promotion”) being conducted
by WAYZ -FM (the “Station”) on non-holiday weekdays in the 8 am, 10 am, Noon, 2 pm, and 4 pm hours beginning on or about Monday September 11 , 2017, and ending on or about Friday December 8th, 2017 or such earlier or later date as management may decide and announce (the “Promotion Period”).

b. To participate in the Promotion, you may enter via the following method:

On-Air: Listen to the Station weekdays beginning Monday, September 11th, 2017 during the above designated hours each day for the announcement of the cue to call. Upon hearing the cue to call, the twenty-fifth (25th) call answered (“The Designated Caller”) on Station contest line 888-950-1047 will have the opportunity to play the High Low game.

The “designated caller” will be asked to guess the exact amount of dollars and cents in the Big Money High-Low Game (“Jackpot”). The amount of each Jackpot shall be randomly determined by the Station, and the Jackpot amount shall never be less than $1,047.00.

If the “designated caller” guesses the amount of the Jackpot correctly, the designated caller will win that amount as their Prize, pending verification of eligibility, and a new Jackpot amount will be randomly determined for the next cue-to-call.

If a “designated caller” guesses incorrectly, the caller will be told on-air whether the guess is too high or too low and the Jackpot amount will remain in place until it is correctly guessed by a “designated caller.”

Every designated caller that makes a guess to win the Jackpot Prize will be entered into a grand prize contest drawing for a chance at a prize up to $100,000. If the same person is a “designated caller” more than once, her or his name shall be entered into the drawing as many times are he or she is “the designated caller.”

The drawing for the “designated caller” who will become the contestant with the chance of winning the grand prize will take place from 8 to 9 am on Wednesday, December 13th. The eligible participants in this drawing will include all “designated callers” in the High Low Contest whether they have won or not. Once announced the drawn person will have 10 minutes to call back to the station at 888-950-1047 to claim their opportunity to play the grand prize game. If he/she fails to reach the station in the designated time another name will be drawn and the process repeated.

Grand prize drawing: On the above specified grand prize drawing date, one grand prize winner will be identified. Upon claiming their opportunity, a mutually agreeable date will be determined within one week of claiming the grand prize opportunity.

On the agreed upon date the grand prize winner will come to the WAYZ studio at 10960 John Wayne Drive, Greencastle, PA 17225. There will be one hundred (100) security envelopes – or a security list naming 100 envelopes. The envelopes – or the security list naming the envelopes – will be allocated with prize amounts as follow: five (5) envelopes with prize A) $100,000, twenty (20) with Prize B) $2,500, seventy-five (75) with prize c) $1,047. The contestant will choose the envelopes randomly. When five (5) envelopes with the same prize have been opened – the five envelopes on the security list with the same prize have been identified, the contest is over and the contestant receives that prize. Checks for the winning amount will be issued in three to five business days.

If the grand prize qualifier fails to appear on the agreed upon date, WAYZ will announce a new qualifier to start the process over again with the new grand prize contest event to occur within the following calendar week.
