"Aloha" (PG-13)
Bradley Cooper stars in this romantic comedy as a military contractor who returns to Honolulu to get a second chance at working on the space program. Emma Stone is his Air Force liaison, and Rachel McAdams plays his ex-girlfriend.

secret utopia created by the world's greatest minds to work on science advancements.

becomes her protector when the bad guys show up to keep her from returning to the
future. Tim McGraw plays her dad and Hugh Laurie is the villain.

"Poltergeist" (PG-13)
Sam Rockwell and Rosemarie Dewitt star in this remake of the 1982 horror classic

Your favorite condiment might be ruining your diet if you eat it a lot. Here are seven condiments, and how bad they are for you.

1. Salsa. It might be the healthiest condiment out there, because it's mostly vegetables. One tablespoon only has five calories.

2. Mustard is another one that's not bad, because it's loaded with antioxidants, vitamin B, and niacin, which can help lower your cholesterol. And a tablespoon only has about 15 calories. But it tends to be high in salt, so don't use too much.

3. Sriracha. It's made from chili peppers, vinegar, and garlic, and one tablespoon has 15 calories. But again, don't use too much, because it has a lot of sugar and salt.

4. Relish. One tablespoon has 20 calories. But it usually has a TON of salt and sugar.

5. Soy sauce. A tablespoon is only 10 calories, but has a full gram of salt. The low-sodium stuff has about half that, but that's still a lot. Most people aren't supposed to get more than two-and-a-half grams of sodium a day.

6. Ketchup. The tomatoes are good for you, but that's about it. And there's a ton of added salt and sugar. One tablespoon has about 20 calories. But most people use more than that, and it's usually with something bad for you, like French fries.

7. Mayonnaise. It's probably the worst condiment for you, because it's basically pure fat. One tablespoon has a HUNDRED calories. (Yahoo Health)

"Mad Max Fury Road" (R)
The fourth "Mad Max" movie stars Tom Hardy as Max instead of Mel Gibson . . . he doesn't even have a cameo in this one. This time he's helping Charlize Theron escape from a warlord with some women who were being used for breeding.

"Pitch Perfect 2" (PG-13)
The movie opens with Rebel Wilson having a wardrobe malfunction that gives the President and the First Lady a long, hard look at her exposed lady-parts. That gets the Barden Bellas suspended from the a capella circuit. So the girls try to get reinstated by entering an international competition no American team has ever won. Hailee Steinfeld from "True Grit" joins the cast as one of the new Bellas. And Keegan-Michael Key plays Anna Kendrick's boss when she starts interning at a record label. It's directed by Elizabeth Banks, who also returns as the snarky commentator Gail.

Five Ways to Spend Less at a Bar
1. Only bring cash out. It's the easiest way to stay on budget. Once you start a tab with a credit card, you don't realize how much you're spending . . . or you have a few drinks and suddenly don't CARE how much you spend.

2. Take advantage of happy hours. There are a bunch of free apps that can help you find good ones nearby . . . like Happy Hour Finder, Scoutmob, and Cocktail Compass.

3. Buy pitchers. If you and your friends each order your own beer, you're wasting money.

4. Pre-game. You can save ten bucks if you have a drink or two before you go out. And you can save even more if you eat first. The danger is if you end up drinking the same amount when you're out because you got TOO hammered, and don't care.

5. Have a glass of water between drinks. It saves money, you don't get as drunk, and your hangover isn't as bad.

Check out six tricks to help you if you have a SNORING problem . . .

1. Sing along to the radio. A study in 2013 found that people who sing a lot are less likely to snore, because it strengthens your throat muscles.

2. Sew a tennis ball into the back of a t-shirt. Sleeping on a tennis ball won't do anything, but the point is you WON'T sleep on it. You're just much more likely to snore if you're on your back. And the tennis ball forces you to sleep on your side instead.

3. Do some tongue aerobics. Just stick your tongue out and try to touch your chin . . . then try to touch your nose . . . then repeat it.

4. Put a big book under your mattress. If it's under your head, it forces you to sit up a little, which can stop you from snoring. You can also do it with an extra pillow, but there's a chance you'll toss it off your bed in the middle of the night.

5. Clean your bedroom. Dust and other allergens can stuff you up at night, so you have to breathe through your mouth, and you're more likely to snore.

6. Wear compression socks. It can help with sleep apnea, because it prevents fluid from building up in your lower legs during the day. A recent study found that when you lie down, that fluid can shift to your neck area, and make you snore. (Daily Mail)
