I still think it's acceptable to make pumpkin dishes. With the holidays approaching, this would be a great dip to bring to parties. The best part is it's low fat. I've already made it and really enjoyed it.
Pumpkin Pie Dip
Serves 24 - ONLY 1 WW+ point

A pumpkin dip that is perfect for your next party or after school snack....
Prep Time - 5 min
Total Time - 1 hr
15 oz can of pumpkin
1 box of instant vanilla pudding powder
16 oz container of fat free cool whip
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tbsp Cinnamon
In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
Stir until well blended
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
