Home Run Derby Raises $5,488 for Noah’s House

The VerStandig radio stations and the Franklin County District Attorney’s office hosted the First Annual Home Run Derby to Fight Drug Addiction in Franklin County on August 27th at Greene Township Park. The money was raised from sponsorships, registrations, and donations and will benefit Noah’s House, a recovery home for men to transition back into the community.

The DA’s office hopes to make the home run derby an annual event. Each year a different community organization will benefit from the funds raised during the derby.
