Mashed Potato Casserole

  • 12 slices of cooked bacon
  • 4 lbs russet potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup Greens Onions
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
