A recent poll found that the most popular meats are ribs, pulled pork, and brisket.
And apparently the top states in the BBQ world are Texas, Tennessee and South Carolina
I don’t know if I agree with that, Kansas City is the BBQ Capital of America after all.
And the best BBQ I’ve had was actually in Missouri in a place called Pappy’s in St. Louis.
Absolutely amazing ribs!
