In today’s Honky Tonk Truth, Mark Chesnutt has cancelled his tour, Gabby Barrett announced a new album, and the CMA Country Christmas has announced some performers.
- Mark Chesnutt has been canceling shows and now he’s officially stopped his whole tour. He’s also opened up a little about why he’s been canceling in a Facebook post. He explained that he’s been dealing with some health issues and now he needs to focus more time on this. It’s unclear what the health issues are but his plan is to be back on the road in February.
- Gabby Barrett’s current single is “Glory Days” and now she has announced her second album. Chapter & Verse is set to release in early 2024 and talking with Gabby she is excited:
- CMA Country Christmas will air on ABC December 14th and Amy Grant and Trisha Yearwood will host. They’ve announced Lainey Wilson, Jordan Davis, Lady A, Ashley McBryde and Jon Pardi as some of the performers this year.
