In today’s Honky Tonk Truth, Post Malone reveals he recorded another song with Morgan Wallen, Cody Johnson talks about his latest song, and Morgan Wallen has the #1 song of the summer for the second year in a row.
- Post Malone made a massive splash in the country music world with his first song with Morgan Wallen “I Had Some Help” and recently he’s revealed they recorded another song together. While on Theo Von’s podcast Post revealed he and Morgan recorded another song together but he doesn’t know if Morgan will ever release it. So I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
- Cody Johnson’s latest song is “Dirt Cheap” and talking with Cody he explained how this is more than a song to him:
- Billboard has released the Songs Of the Summer list and “I Had Some Help” by Post Malone and Morgan Wallen was at #1. Last year, Morgan Wallen was also at #1 with “Last Night”, this makes Morgan the second artist ever to have do this back to back. The first was Andy Gibb back in 1977 and 1978. This also makes Morgan the only country artist to ever accomplish this.
