The ZAC BROWN BAND released the video to their song "Sweet Annie". There are few shots of the band on the road . . . but it's mostly scenes from guitarist COY BOWLES' wedding back in September.

"The Counselor" (R)
Michael Fassbender plays a lawyer tempted into setting up a one-time drug deal for one of his shady clients, played by Javier Bardem. It's directed by Ridley Scott, and based on a screenplay by Cormac McCarthy, the guy who wrote "The Road" and "No Country for Old Men". Ridley dedicated the movie to his brother Tony Scott . . . who committed suicide in August of last year.

"Bad Grandpa" (R)
Johnny Knoxville returns as his old man character, Irving Zisman, in a "Jackass" movie that actually has a PLOT for a change. In this one, Irving gets stuck with his 8-year-old grandson and is taking him across the country to find his deadbeat dad. Along the way they pull hidden camera stunts on unsuspecting people, which include . . . his wife falling out of the casket during her funeral . . . the kid dressing in drag and busting into a stripper routine during a children's beauty pageant . . .

ARTISTIC FREEDOM IS BROUGHT TO YOU BY

Jennifer Oberholzer

I am a writer. Inspiration for what I write comes from anywhere......something I see, hear, or just ponder. Here are some of my works. Enjoy.
Summer Symphony
Went out to sit and watch
the lightning roll 'cross the sky
Sat on the porch to relax and enjoy
and pass the evening by.
But the longer I sat, the louder it got
the noise was so deafening
I think every critter created decided
it was time to come out and sing
The crickets were chirpin', the locusts would chime
the bull frog joined in with three quarter time
The breezes were blowin', the sky lit up bright
no better way to spend a warm summer night
But the noise just got louder as the symphony sang
as all harmonized with a bit of a twang
My head was a'ringin, just buzzin with sound
as everything made noise from sky to ground
Enjoyable it was and I'd listen again
It was a wonderful way to wait for the rain!

Having spent so many years
Hiding behind my self built walls
I've been able to tune out things
Only answering certain calls.
It doesn't mean I have no care
For others who've been hurt
It simply means I'm cautious
Protecting my own worth.

Believing there are lessons
In all things, good or bad
I now must look within myself
To know why I'm so mad.
For people have no right
To end another life
No matter what their pain or fear
No matter what their strife.
Taking innocent babies
Before they're even born
Or killing precious children
Forever we will mourn.
This world is lost and dying
Full of hatred, anger and sin
We must begin to search
And look so deep within.......
To find out what our hearts hold
To seek out what we need
We need to find those answers
Making changes in word and deed.
The change begins in each of us
Love and forgiveness we must share
Reach out and help another
A burden gladly bear.
It's time to begin removing walls
Stop hiding out from others
Take time to lend a helping hand
To our sisters and our brothers.

TOBY KEITH is afraid that his new music won't be getting the airplay it deserves. He says, quote, "You hear the hip-hop thing and you think, 'Is that what we gotta do now to have a hit?' I don't know how to do that. Is that what I need every one of my songs to sound like now?"
GARTH BROOKS sent this message to fans who signed up for email notifications on his website: Quote, "The sevens have aligned. It has begun. Thank you for believing . . . love, G." It may be another clue that he's coming out of retirement very soon. Or it may not.
TAYLOR SWIFT has released the full version of her song "Sweeter Than Fiction", which is on the soundtrack to the upcoming movie "One Chance". It's about the life of "Britain's Got Talent" winner PAUL POTTS.
MIRANDA LAMBERT has a good reason for NOT offering online sales at her two Pink Pistol stores. She wants people from the surrounding areas to get in their car and visit because that helps the local economy. It's a main reason she was honored with a "Friend of Tourism" award from a local Marketing Association.
CARRIE UNDERWOOD is not too famous to fire up the stove and BURN a meal like the rest of us. On Saturday she Tweeted, "I set off the fire alarm in my apartment trying to make dinner. Oops! Sorry neighbors . . .

What's the most unprofessional thing you've ever done at work? A few we like are a guy who intentionally locked his boss in a walk-in freezer but managed to convince him it was an accident . . . a hotel clerk who comped the honeymoon suite to himself for a date . . . and a guy who did critical work on his company's computer servers while he was on prescription ketamine.
There's a new map online that shows the weird things each country leads the world in. Russia leads the world in raspberries and nuclear warheads . . . Cameroon leads the world in killer lakes . . . and the U.S. leads the world in Nobel award winners AND people getting killed by lawnmowers.
According to a new study, college students who major in drama or theater have the highest average number of SEX PARTNERS in college . . . 28, or seven a year. The other majors with the highest sex numbers are dance, public relations, biology, and philosophy.
There's a guy in Arizona who's doing an Oktoberfest diet, where he has nothing but SAUSAGE and BEER for the entire month of October. He takes in about 2,100 calories in beer and sausages every day . . . and he hopes he'll drop about 14 POUNDS.

Hey! I'm Katie Kirby, 17 years old, and I live just outside of Baltimore, MD in Westminster.  I love to draw and this piece was one I did in an art class at my high school.  I chose to send in this particular one because it was the first one I really ever did and it made me realize that maybe I have some talent at something and persuaded me to pursue that.  The drawing itself is a photograph of me weaved together with a photograph of a dandelion and the entire thing is done in charcoal with white charcoal in some areas.

If you ever get close enough to smell CARRIE UNDERWOOD, expect coconut. She tells "Women's Health", quote, "I put coconut oil on my food, I put it on my face, I put it on my hair. If it's winter, the second I get out of the shower, I spread it all over and it feels really good and it smells good too."
LEANN RIMES' ex-husband DEAN SHEREMET finally admitted he had no idea she was cheating on him with EDDIE CIBRIAN. He said, quote, "I never saw it coming. I got a call from LeAnn and she said, ''Us Weekly' may or may not have a picture of me and Eddie kissing.'" Of all the things I could have imagined, I never would have thought that."
CHRIS YOUNG performed a cover of ERIC CLAPTON'S "Change the World" for the online series ReImagine, where artists give their takes on Grammy-winning songs.
LADY ANTEBELLUM is postponing the first leg of their Take Me Downtown Tour. It was originally set to start November 8th . . . but the NEW kickoff is January 10th in Peoria, Illinois. KIP MOORE and KACEY MUSGRAVES are still the openers.

Google just released a list of the Halloween costumes that are getting the most searches so far this year. The top five are: The minions from "Despicable Me" . . . characters from "Breaking Bad" . . . fox costumes, probably inspired by that "What does the fox say?" viral video . . . the cast of "Duck Dynasty" . . . and MILEY CYRUS.
What's something you really should've outgrown by now, but haven't? The most common examples people give are: Calling their parents "mommy" and "daddy" . . . playing video games . . . being afraid of the dark . . . watching cartoons . . . and laughing at bodily functions, noises, and smells.
A new survey came up with the most annoying MESSY things people do around the house. The top five are not hanging up wet towels, leaving dirty dishes in the sink, not unloading the dishwasher, leaving clothes on the floor, and not replacing the empty toilet paper roll.
Here are a few new things to worry about. Cheating makes your brain feel GREAT, which makes you want to cheat more. You can't make up for lost sleep by sleeping longer the next night. And eating chicken increases a woman's risk for breast cancer as much as eating red meat.

"Machete Kills" (R)
Danny Trejo IS Machete. In the sequel, he's asked by the President to go to Mexico and stop a terrorist from starting a nuclear war. Mel Gibson plays the main villain, and Charlie Sheen is the president. This movie includes a few firsts. It's the first time in Charlie's career that he's been credited under his TRUE name, Carlos Estevez . . . it's the first time Mel Gibson has been cast as the villain . . .

"Captain Phillips" (PG-13)
Tom Hanks plays Captain Richard Phillips, the guy whose ship was hijacked by Somali pirates in 2009. It's based on the true story about the military standoff that ensued as they held him hostage while the crew stayed locked in the engine room. The taking of his freighter, the Maersk Alabama, was the first time an American cargo ship had been hijacked in nearly two hundred years.
