Another Day Older But Still With The Same Amount Of Debt

So my birthday was on Sunday, and I'm just like "meh." I mean birthdays are cool when you're a kid. People throw you parties and give you presents and cake and ice cream and it's really fun and you're the center of attention. When you're a kid, each year older was a milestone.
Once you reach a certain age, things change. Every birthday is another reminder that you're getting older. And that's OK I suppose. But I see no reason to make a big deal of it.
That said, a lot of people took time out of their days to wish me a happy birthday and I truly and sincerely appreciate that. I will happily accept good wishes no matter the occasion. And it's taught me something. For years now I haven't acknowledged other people's birthdays. I figured if I don't make a deal out of mine, why would I make a deal about anyone else's?
The reason is that it may not be important to me but it is important to others. And I totally respect that. And I have you to thank, the listeners who wished me a happy birthday. You taught me something, as do often do,and I intend to continue to live it. Thank you again. Cheers.
