Jason Aldean announced his new single, “That’s What Tequila Does,” following his 27th career No. One “Trouble With A Heartbreak.”
As he now has back-to-back multi-week chart toppers from his 10th studio album MACON, GEORGIA, “That’s What Tequila Does” follows the same path as a slow-groove builds into a rocking anthem mixed with confidence from love-drunk memories. The new single, written by Kurt Allison, John Edwards, Tully Kennedy and John Morgan, is available at all digital retailers here.
“We had a chance to play this song at CMA Fest a couple weeks ago and the crowd’s reaction helped solidify this as the next single,” Aldean said. “I’m looking forward to kicking things off on the road next week and I feel like this song is going to have a big moment during our set.
