- Vocal Duo of the Year: Brothers Osborne
- Vocal Group of the Year: Old Dominion (I swear they win this every year)
- New Artist of the Year: Lainey Wilson
- Album of the Year: “Growin’ Up”, Luke Combs
- Song of the Year: “Buy Dirt”, Jordan Davis featuring Luke Bryan. It’s a songwriter’s award so they share it with Jordan’s brother Jacob Davis, plus Josh & Matt Jenkins.
- Single of the Year: “‘Til You Can’t”, Cody Johnson
- Musical Event of the Year: “Never Wanted to Be That Girl”, Carly Pearce and Ashley McBryde
- Music Video of the Year: “‘Til You Can’t”, Cody Johnson
