In today’s Honky Tonk Truth, Luke Combs thanks Tracy Chapman, Eric Church celebrated the anniversary of an album, and Miranda Lambert made an appearance for the Puppy Bowl.
- Luke Combs took to social media to thank Tracy Chapman for allowing him to perform with her at the Grammys. This was the first time they had met in person, and of course they sang “Fast Car” together.
- Over the weekend Eric Church celebrated the 10th anniversary of his fourth studio album The Outsiders. Talking with Eric he described the album as “introspective”:
- Animal Planet had their 20th Puppy Bowl yesterday and Miranda Lambert made an appearance. The whole event is a massive adoption drive, and Miranda has her charity MuttNation, so that’s why she was a part of the Puppy Bowl. And if you’re wondering Team Ruff beat Team Fluff this year 72-69.
