In today’s Honky Tonk Truth, Garth Brooks wants a certain NFL star at his bar’s grand opening, Sam Hunt kicks off his tour, and Morgan Wallen may have gave us a preview of a new song.
- Garth Brook’s new Friends In Low Places bar opens in Nashville March 7th. And Garth has recently revealed he wants Travis Kelce to come and sing “Friends In Low Places” at the grand opening. Garth got the idea after seeing Travis sing some of the song during Kansas City’s parade last week. (Garth talks about it at 20:30 in the video below)
- Sam Hunt kicks off his Outskirts Tour 2024 today and talking with him he shared what he loves the most about being on tour:
- Morgan Wallen did a surprise performance at SoHo House in Nashville and he might’ve just us a preview of a new song. He was joined by frequent collaborators and friends Hardy and Ernest, who’s best known for his song with Morgan “Flower Shops”. It seems the song might be titled “Lies” or “Lies, Lies, Lies” and as of now there’s no word if we will hear a studio version.
