In today’s Honky Tonk Truth, Jelly Roll completed a 5, Reba has a new sitcom on the way, and Hardy reveals he almost never worked with Morgan Wallen.

 

  • Jelly Roll has been training all this year and he completed a 5k recently. He said he felt great and revealed he couldn’t even walk a mile back in January. And he’s now become a source of motivation for other big guys to get out there and exercise.

 

  • Reba has gotten the green light for her new sitcom called “Happy’s Place” It’ll be on NBC and it follows a woman who inherits her fathers restaurant and then has to share the business with a half sister she didn’t know she had. Talking with Reba she shared why she loves acting:

 

  • During the commencement speech at his alma mater, Middle Tennessee State University, Hardy revealed that he almost didn’t work with Morgan Wallen. He was “young and hungry” and wasn’t sure working with some unknown guy would help him. Obviously he helped in a HUGE way. Hardy and Morgan have written several hit songs together, toured together, and now have a very close friendship. Hardy’s message was to take a chance and not to be afraid of the word “yes”.
