In today’s Honky Tonk Truth, Carly Pearce is performing the National Anthem for another race, Eric Church talks abut his exhibit in the Country Music Hall Of Fame and Museum, and Toby Keith celebrates his birthday.

 

  • Earlier this year Carly Pearce, who’s latest hit is “What He Didn’t Do”, sang the National Anthem for the Kentucky Derby. Now she will be singing it at the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix in Nashville. It’s a three day event from August 4th through the 6th and Carly will be singing on Sunday before the race.

 

  • Eric Church currently has an exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame and talking with him, he shared how much of an honor it is:

 

  • Toby Keith celebrated his 62nd birthday in Orlando with National Fresh Water Hall of Fame fisherman Jimmy Houston. They had dinner in a Mexican restaurant and Jimmy posted a picture of Toby with his birthday cake.
