If you always feel groggy in the morning, you might just need to go to bed earlier.  But something on this list could also help.  Someone polled a bunch of people and asked what they do to feel more awake each morning.

 

 

Here are our top ten tricks . . .

 

 

1.  Drink coffee.

 

2.  Take a hot shower.  Or if you really need to wake up, a COLD shower.

 

3.  Force yourself out of bed as soon as your alarm goes off.

 

4.  Do some stretching.

 

5.  Open a window.

 

6.  Go for a walk.

 

7.  Make your bed.

 

8.  Exercise.

 

9.  Have a glass of juice.

 

10.  Put some music on.
