- Nashville’s Big Bash was a rating success for CBS on New Year’s Eve. But some fans are upset because two of the biggest performances were not live. Morgan Wallen’s performance was pre-recorded and so was Blake Shelton’s. In fact, Blake’s aired minutes before he was due on stage at a casino in Oklahoma. So obviously he wasn’t live in Nashville. It seems fans are upset the show was advertised as “live” when two acts were not.
