In today’s Honky Tonk Truth, Luke Combs has some April Fools fun, Chayce Beckham scores his first number one song, and we know now the top six videos for the 2024 CMT Music Awards.
- Yesterday was April Fools Day and Luke Combs took to social media to share what we thought was tour news. Luke starts his video saying they just finished rehearsal and he wanted to share a set list for one of the nights on his upcoming tour. He showed the list and it was all just “Fast Car”.
- Chayce Beckham has scored his first career number one song on country radio with “23”. The song is written entirely by Chayce and is mostly autobiographical, telling the story of his struggle with alcoholism.
- The 2024 CMT Music Awards are happening this Sunday at 8 pm on CBS and we now know the top 6 videos. The top three nominees will be revealed the morning of the show and you can still vote for this category until showtime. Vote here
